HOW TO GET SUPPORT FROM GEC-GODHRA FOR PoC/PROTOTYPE UNDER SSIP.

1.  APPLICATION PHASE:

If any student have an innovative idea, he can ask for the financial support from our institute under SSIP policy. In order to ask for the support, you need to submit the fully filled and duly signed                                  in hard copy to SSIP Coordinator of GEC-Godhra. Same form can be used for PoC as well as prototype support.

2.  EVALUATION PHASE:

  • After receiving enough number of proposals an evaluation of proposals will be scheduled. Date/time and venue of evaluation will be conveyed to all the applicant team nearly one week before the evaluation.

  • A panel of experts is formed by GEC-Godhra, as per the guideline of SSIP for the evaluation of proposals.

  • ​At the time of evaluation, proposals received from applicant teams will be assessed where the teams need to make a presentation of their idea.

  • On the basis of assessment done by expert panel, selected teams will be informed to extend further procedure to enter in to support phase.

3.  SUPPORT PHASE:

  • After getting selected by expert panel team need to submit a duly filled and signed                                      .

  • Grantee team will be provided the financial assistance (as approved by expert panel) in three installments.

  • Within few days of receiving the PoC agreement, First installment will be transferred to the bank account of team leader.

  • Grantee team need to submit a                                        every month. On the basis of progress report; revealing satisfactory progress made by grantee team, Institute will transfer the next installment in to the bank account of team leader.

               

4.  COMPLETION PHASE:

    Once the project gets completed, innovators need to submit following documents to SSIP Cell through mentor.

  1. A short video presenting the efforts and outcomes of the project.

After successful submission of above mentioned documents, innovators and mentor will receive a certificate of successful completion of project.
